About APO Section 61

About:
Alpha Phi Omega is a coed service fraternity open to college students of any age, race, and gender. Our fraternity is based on the principles of Leadership, Service, and Friendship.

Area:
Section 61 covers all of the state of West Virginia except for the northern panhandle.

Section 61 Policies
Sectional Policies, Sectional Man-Mile Award, Sectional Conference Rotation, Sectional Distinguished Service Key, Sectional Policy Amendments, and Sectional Resolution.

Leadership
A fundamental goal of Alpha Phi Omega is for its members to be leaders throughout their daily lives. Members demonstrate high moral character and serve as leaders to their peers. Through their association with each other through the chapter, members improve their leadership characteristics and serve as leaders for their University.

At the core of Alpha Phi Omega is our commitment to service to our communities, nation, and the world. All chapters are very active in volunteer and community service projects throughout the state.

Through Alpha Phi Omega, our members seek friendship through our brotherhood. Our close nit chapters become very close as the join together in leadership, service, and social activities.
