About APO Section 61 About: Alpha Phi Omega is a coed service fraternity open to college students of any age, race, and gender. Our fraternity is based on the principles of Leadership, Service, and Friendship. Area: Section 61 covers all of the state of West Virginia except for the northern panhandle.
